- Guarantee strict compliance with the Insurance Act of Zambia, Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) regulations, data protection laws, and other relevant statutory requirements
- Serve as the Chief Risk Officer for the brokerage, establishing a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of technology systems for client management, quotations, and claims processing
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-caliber executive and senior management team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, and professional development for all staff

Later was called for Reinsurance training in Latvia in Riga, where I spent four months understanding their business model and their operations. As I was coming from Retail Insurance environment, this trip to Riga helped me a lot in understanding Reinsurance business model.
