I manage a team of Functional Analysts, Software Developers, Quality Engineers and DevOps. Our mission is articulated around the Travel Insurance backend within Amadeus. I have spent most of my career as a Functional Analyst, which in Amadeus covers part of the duties of a Product Manager.
My management style relies upon empowerment, continuous improvement, customer focus and innovative thinking. I am praised for thinking out of the box, learning fast, being a great presenter and leading the vision of my products.
