My superpower at work is my desire to help. I believe that whatever we offer, in the first place, is about being helpful to people. This is what I learned when I started to make my first pocket money at my dad’s restaurant as a simple waitress and spent five years at customer relations jobs in the USA. The same worked out when I returned to Ukraine to graduate from the university and support my only parent.
I’ve worked in catering, tourism, distribution, and civil aviation domains. Yet, in my last nine years, I spent in Ukraine’s top intellectual property company doing lots of paperwork and communicating with people. My overseas experience taught me to work hard and smart. So, at a certain moment, I found myself consulting about 40% of my department’s international clients, including some sensitive cases entrusted by my superiors.
However, there is nothing we can do in life against the acts of God, and in February 2022, my family and I moved to France. Here, we faced new cultural and linguistic challenges that we are overcoming little by little. This is why I launched myself into a search for a job away from my homeland.
I understand that I might not be a super fancy, top-notch, highly effective business scaler, but I certainly know how to understand people’s needs and work hard enough to fulfill daily routines that comprise that business success.
