Employee Onboarding Intern at Qonto (2025-01 – 2025-07)

• Autonomously managed 10 onboarding cohorts (20–30 hires each), owning everything from preboarding and logistics to facilitation for 200–300 new starters.
• Achieved a 90% post-session satisfaction rate through structured feedback collection (75%+ response rate) and continuous improvements based on what wasn't working.
• Redesigned 300+ slides of onboarding content, introduced structured icebreaker activities, and overhauled the AI challenge framework to increase engagement and knowledge retention.
• Produced monthly onboarding insights reports, customising 100+ versions for individual speakers, helping the People team spot patterns and act on them.
