Government.

My recent work in Local Government facilitated strategic internal decision making, in relation to the implementation of programmes, policy, and funding for district councils across West Yorkshire.

I built and maintained outstanding working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, which I believe is vital when delivering business strategy at a corporate level.

During my time in Retail Management, I demonstrated an authentic strength towards building effective working relationships, where I managed staff of varying backgrounds.

I worked to identify individual skillsets and implemented a unified, dynamic approach to working, with the key aim of exceeding business objectives by motivating my team to achieve KPIs, deliver exemplary customer service, and thrive in our shared professional development.

Additionally, I hold a Distinction grade in my Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, which I achieved during my time with the Local Authority, who recruited me as an Apprentice in the Regeneration & Strategy directorate in 2024.
