Operational team leader with a proven ability to manage large teams, coordinate complex events, and collaborate operationally with multiple departments. As the primary lead for the Maze operations team during “Fright Nights,” the Fastrack and maze team exceeded revenue goals through cross-functional efforts. I bring experience in staff recruitment, training, resource management, and budgeting, with a strong focus on operational excellence and safety.

I also bring strong experience in administration and photography/retouching, having spent a number of years professionally working in both fields alongside my progression as a team leader.

My last “formal” education was a UAL Foundation Diploma in Art and Design in 2017, specialising in Fashion Promotion, which involved styling, editorials, and photography. I have since kept up my professional development through online short courses, having recently completed short courses in Project and Operational Management. .
