PhD project in supramolecular chemistry, investigating a dynamic mixture of imine macrocycles. The aim was to use various synthetic and analytical techniques to understand, and therefore control, the equilibrium mixture. This resulted in finding several new polymorphs and new macrocycles that were porous and able to assemble into organic-metal complexes.
