After leaving education I went into employment I've worked in many roles for years where I have gained excellent customer service skills.

Skills include money handling, complaints handling, working under pressure in a busy environment, team work and working individually, taking orders front of house and over phone, giving instructions to kitchen staff, packing and arranging orders, cleaning to a high standard, and prioritising the needs of others during my time as a carer.

Front of house and packing orders. My role in the job is to take customers orders, payments and help with orders in the kitchen. Another roll is to keep the store front clean and tidy. I cope well working under pressure and during busy periods and also dealing with unhappy customers to ensure they leave happy and satisfied when leaving. I make sure all allergy's are known to the chefs to ensure customer safety.

As a self-employed cleaner, I travelled to clients' homes and provided high-quality cleaning services tailored to their individual needs. I cleaned kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, ensuring each home was left clean, tidy, and hygienic. I vacuumed, swept, mopped floors, dusted surfaces, and cleaned windows and household.

I arrived on time for appointments. I built positive relationships with clients by providing a reliable, friendly, and professional service. I worked independently, prioritised tasks efficiently, and maintained a high standard of cleanliness while respecting clients' homes and belongings.

My main responsibilities were taking orders within the restaurant as well as taking delivery orders over the phone. I also served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks within the restaurant and frequently worked behind the bar. I also helped with the general cleaning.
