I am an associate solicitor with over ten years of legal experience, having qualified in November 2023 following two apprenticeships spanning both contentious and non-contentious law. My background combines strong transactional and commercial contracts experience with a genuine enthusiasm for working closely with businesses to find pragmatic, commercial solutions. At FBC Manby Bowdler (Midlands) Limited, I spent four years in the corporate and commercial department advising on all aspects of company law - from corporate transactions, including the purchase, sale and reorganisation of companies, to the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of a wide range of commercial agreements, including franchising agreements and the licensing of intellectual property.
Jacobson, I have focused on equity-backed M&A and buy-and-build acquisition programmes, working closely with business stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. My proactive approach is reflected in my election as employee representative for business services at Browne Jacobson, which speaks to the trust colleagues have placed in me to listen, communicate and advocate across the organisation. I have also taken a leading role in embedding technology into legal workflows, developing AI playbooks and delivering training as part of Browne Jacobson's firm-wide rollout of legal technology tools.
I am comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and embrace opportunities to work more efficiently.

This includes advising Phenna Group on multiple acquisitions as part of its accelerated growth strategy. Most recently, I led a circa £12 million disposal of a business specialising in satellite-based sports player tracking and performance analytics, acting on behalf of a former CFO of a football club.
I managed the full transaction lifecycle, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and driving the process to a successful completion that met the client's commercial objectives. Alongside my transactional work, I collaborate with the legal project management team to implement software tools that enable consolidator clients to track live transactions and integrate acquisitions efficiently into their broader group structures. I am a pioneer of the firm's rollout of AI, identifying opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency across corporate work - including deploying AI-assisted tabular reviews for due diligence reports, creating playbooks and prompts, delivering training sessions and
