I am a compassionate and dedicated Mental health Nursing student with experience in inpatient, outpatient, forensic, and community mental health settings. MENTAL HEALTH NURSING STUDENT ( CLINICAL PLACEMENT )
-conducted and documented physical health observation including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood glucose monitoring, and urinalysis.
-Assisted with medication administration under supervision and monitored patients for therapeutic effects and side side effects.
-participated in risk assessments, care planning, safeguarding procedures, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
-Maintained accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with professional standards.
-Worked alongside GPs, physical health nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, and social workers to promote holistic care.
