About

Working as a team is something that I enjoy as well as learning a wide variety of food and techniques. I hope to join a friendly enviroment that can help me learn and grow as a chef so that I may be able to do the best I can in the kitchen. I am interested in working in on-site catering / food preparation and in bakeries, I have experience in both Food prep/service and Front of House from the functional restaurant at Loughborough college and as a part of my level 3 patisserie course I have experience in working with pastry, baking and dough fermentation.

Experience

Kitchen and Front of House / Food Service Staff at Radmoor Restaurant (2023-09 – Present)

I have worked in the Radmoor Restaurant at Loughborough College since September 2023 as part of my City and Guilds accreditations (level 2 and 3). It is a working restaurant, open to the public, and has an excellent rating on Trip Advisor. I work in the Kitchen and Front of House / Food Service. I am particularly interested in the kitchen work and have recently completed my Level 3 C&G diploma in Larder.

Intermittent Internship - Food Preparation and Service at Café No. 7 (2024-01 – 2025-04)

As part of my education at Loughborough College, I was asked to gain work experience outside of the college. I took intermittent internship work at Café No. 7 in at St. Martins, Leicester, and the work involved food preparation, food safety, and service.

Chef at The Bradgate (2026-01 – 2026-01)

I had a temporary position as a chef at The Bradgate in Newtown Linford where I worked for a week over the new year rush, I served orders under pressure with an average of 150 – 200 covers each day.
