I am a happy, bubbly person with a caring nature. I work well as part of a team or under my own initiative. I am hard working and willing to learn. I am a creative person with a keen eye for detail. I grew up with my parents running a pub, so I have always been around the hospitality industry.

I am confident working with the public and I have excellent communication skills; I can prioritize my workload and am keen to deliver excellent customer service. I have levels 4/5 in Math's, Science and English (Grade c equivalent). I'm computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.

• I liaised with patients helping to organize their medical deliveries.
• I would assess the patients' needs and arrange any treatments they needed.
• I would talk through a stock check with the patients to see how much medication they had at home.
• I had to run security checks when calling patients to ensure data protection.
