• Environmental responsibilities included maintaining the ISO14001 accreditation by carrying out audits, managing site waste and remaining zero to landfill.
• Reviewed employees’ sickness/absence and developed return to work plans with

Occupational Health Advisor.

• Implemented a behavioral safety programme, concentrated on the 'leading'

indicators and ensuring a reduction of accidents and incidents during the first year.
