I am a highly skilled administrative and support professional with ten years of experience in various settings. My expertise can be a valuable addition to your team. In my most recent roles, as a Customer Service Advisor/Business School Administrator, at the BPP Education Group, I worked closely with the Assessment Teams to allocate rooms for exams and assisted with invigilating exams.
I was the first point of contact for students registering for their courses and assisted them remotely and face-to-face. I supported team goals and worked effectively within a busy environment. My excellent communication skills enabled me to engage with clients effectively via email and telecommunication.
With keen attention to detail, I accurately maintained records and provided vital administrative and data entry support to various teams. Furthermore, I can learn to use new systems quickly and welcome any opportunity to learn new skills. I am also flexible with shifts where needed.
During my previous work at BPP, I completed various training related to Administration and providing excellent Customer Service to clients. I also completed a CELTA course which provided me with transferable skills.
