I am a banker by profession, I have 10 years banking/working experience with both First bank of Nigeria, United Bank for Africa and Diamond bank (now Access Bank).
I am experience in all commercial banking departments ranging from cash department, customer service, foreign exchange, sales and marketing and vault management.
also i have strong communication skills. When speaking with my service users/ clients and colleagues, I always endeavour to speak clearly and listen effectively to prevent misunderstandings. I am quick to de-escalate distressing situations. These have helped me develop strong professional relationships with my service users, colleagues, and senior managers.
