I used to work for a removal company called AR Removals. During my time with AR Removals working as a call handler, I've picked up many different communication skills aswell as having the patience when on call to a client. Part of my job in this department is to make sure that our clients have the best possible customer service and are happy throughout their move.
Another skill I've learnt is communicating back and forth with clients professionally making sure that our customer satisfaction is upto standards.
