Completed pre-investment technical due diligence assessing office spaces for leasing, including analysis of location, sustainability, and technical aspects. Conducted macro and property market analysis for detailed analysis on market data and collation of data. Offering assistance in portfolio creation and continual monitoring, along with presenting updates to clients through the generation of quarterly reports and client presentations. .

Analysis reports, data management, presentations for commercial & residential properties & portfolios Managed three projects working on the cost reports while monitoring progress, conducting safety audits.
I have successfully attained an MSc in Real Estate from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, achieving a provisional result of Merit (2:1). This program encompassed a range of subjects, including real estate finance, economics, valuations, and asset management. It has significantly enriched my understanding of the real estate landscape, both in the United Kingdom and on a global scale, providing me with a profound knowledge of valuation and asset management models.
The degree is RICS accredited.
Prior to this I have completed Bachelors in Civil engineering with a 1st class level which gave me a technical knowledge about the construction industry.
