• Novyy - Associate (UK) 

During my 6 months of internship with Novyy from the period of Mar’23- Sept’23 I had worked upon conducting analysis of LTV, ICR for residential & commercial properties. Producing market analysis reports for senior management, influencing decision-making. Overseeing assets including HMOs, student housing, and co-living. Developed tailor made strategy for investors, family offices for investments in the UK markets by preparing a sample financial forecast report & risk advisory.

• L&T FINANCIAL SERVICES - Manager

Oversaw a lending portfolio of £100 million, producing precise technical valuations, risk assessment, and monitoring of residential and commercial projects. Managed a diverse portfolio of 20+ projects across the region. Identified project risks, completed SWOT analyses for detailed reports, evaluating and assessed ESG risks. Developed robust cashflow models to analyze CAPEX and assess risk returns.

• KNIGHT FRANK - Consultant (Investment monitoring) (Mar’21-Jan’22) 

Built dynamic financial models for clients, funds by conducting detailed due diligence. Collaborate with various funds, financial institutions to expediate the realization of the companies ESG .Identifying & reporting project risks related to construction, quality, council regulations, cost, and sales. Introduced the retail audit service line nationwide, increasing business opportunities for the company ▪ Managed a substantial portfolio of approximately £150 million for investors, developers, funds, and financial institutions for West Zone

JLL - Assistant Project Lead (Development Advisory) (June’18-Mar’21) 

Completed pre-investment technical due diligence assessing office spaces for leasing, including analysis of location, sustainability, and technical aspects. Conducted macro and property market analysis for detailed analysis on market data and collation of data. Offering assistance in portfolio creation and continual monitoring, along with presenting updates to clients through the generation of quarterly reports and client presentations. .

CBRE - Business Analyst (Project Management) (May’17-June’18) 

Analysis reports, data management, presentations for commercial & residential properties & portfolios Managed three projects working on the cost reports while monitoring progress, conducting safety audits.

I have successfully attained an MSc in Real Estate from the Henley Business School at the University of Reading, achieving a provisional result of Merit (2:1). This program encompassed a range of subjects, including real estate finance, economics, valuations, and asset management. It has significantly enriched my understanding of the real estate landscape, both in the United Kingdom and on a global scale, providing me with a profound knowledge of valuation and asset management models.

The degree is RICS accredited.

Prior to this I have completed Bachelors in Civil engineering with a 1st class level which gave me a technical knowledge about the construction industry.
