Key responsibilities include

• Management of operational reporting for the stabilised portfolio including calculation of property metrics for management and Goodman Group
• Forecasting of Net Property Income for the GMT fund model
• Co-ordination of external valuations on a ~$5 billion dollar property portfolio
• Capital expenditure forecasting and tracking for the stabilised portfolio
• Writing property services board papers
• Fund modelling and forecasting support to the wider analyst team
• Ad-hoc portfolio analysis and presentation curation
• Management of the Property Services operational improvement road map
• Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the property services team

Master of Commerce (MCom) - Finance

• A grade average across all taught papers including a top 5 in class for Financial Machine Learning and Portfolio Theory and Investment Analysis
