Most recent experience working in purchasing and sales for multinational fresh produce company. I communicate daily with both customers and suppliers, and in doing so I have developed an innate understanding of supply and demand - employing this skill in my everyday work. My current role requires me to be extremely organised, solve problems big and small, and adapt alongside ever changing markets.

I am now looking for a new challenge that offers me the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally in a procurement role.

• Work as part of a team to purchase and manage stock across all main produce lines 52 weeks of the year, selling daily to wholesale customers across the UK. 
• Specialising in UK berries, Cherries year round, and off season strawberries.
• Negotiate customer programs with suppliers and manage the tender for its duration – notable customers include HelloFresh, Reynolds, & Oddbox
• Manage return prices to suppliers, and develop relationships with growers including regular visits to farms and packhouses in Europe, and other sourcing regions. 
• Working with our retail team to consolidate buying across the soft fruit sector, liaising with logistics to streamline shipments and reduce costs.
• Assist in the export of UK berries to the Middle East, and help to set up a program of Spanish and Moroccan berries to this region.
