My main role is looking after existing businesses along side opening new accounts. Working to to hit KPI's to hit and exceed sales targets. I plan my own calls as I'm home based, my main priority is customer satisfaction as I've learned over the years without customers none of us have a job. Been in Booker for 8 years prior to that I was a territory manager with Just Eat for 7 years, I covered South Wales cold calling to generate my own leads and sign ups

Territory sales manager covering South Wales. Cold calling and building lasting relationships with restaurant owners / decision makers. Targeted on signing 17 businesses up to the Just Eat platform per month. I hit or exceeded target every month. I planned my own diary as I was home based using all the tools available to me I.e Salesforce leads and leads I generated from cold calling

Got offered the job as a sales rep as I had a good relationship with the manager there (I used to buy kitchens from them when I was a self employed plasterer). My role was to cold call builders, worksites and anywhere there was building work going on to sell everything from kitchens to doors, using my knowledge of the building industry to my advantage and using contacts from time as a plasterer

Left school at 15 to work in the family building firm that's where I learnt my trade, did most building work from complete renovations to new builds. Plastering was my main strength and that's what I did mostly for near enough 30 years. Spent over 2 years working out in Germany where I learnt all about spray plastering, what a great experience that was, Fell out of love with Plastering after returning home so I decided to turn my hand to Sales, learning something new everyday and loving it
