I have worked since school and I am a very quick learner in any role or situation, I am eager to learn and will always put my work first. I am very positive and upbeat; I perform well in a leading role yet also am efficient as a member due to my versatile abilities. As the jobs I've worked are time based, I have adapted and honed my skills of working to a deadline resulting in being able to perform well under pressure.

I possess a full clean UK driving license and the right to work within the UK. I have recently just moved back to Manchester after finishing my education in Yorkshire, I have been in different types of work since learning in school, I've always had a working background and have previously been given the responsibility of customer care liaison at my previous job, working to achieve full customer satisfaction within the work. In my newly found profession in sales I believe I have found my calling, due to my personality I find it easy to speak to multiple demographics of people and can always find common grounds, this makes it easier to build a good relationship and in simple terms- sell.

I am looking for a company where I can invest my time and experience in sales to grow myself within the company and also the company itself. I believe I am very good at what I do however there is always room for improvement. As stated on the section of my current work I can prove my success through the volume of sales and my great conversion rate on appointments, I have also had many reviews left on google regarding me and how well and smoothly the sales process went while I was with customers.

I am very driven by improving, I am always looking to test my skills and my knowledge, I understand a big part of sales is making those awkward and not so nice phone calls, this I have done in abundance as I want the challenges to test my customer service skills but also to generate even more sales.

I am currently working with Renault in Manchester in the used car department as a Sales Executive. Since joining Renault, I have been responsible for approximately 20 - 24 units per month with a strong FNI, some of my best months include 37 units sold and delivered. My customer service record is incredibly strong, as evidenced by my personal Google reviews on the Renault website & video content I have created has been used in company-wide training sessions.

I joined Renault as a trainee sales executive and passed my probation to become a Sales Executive. I have since attended multiple functions and events as a representative due to my efforts being noticed by upper management. I am currently working towards gaining more experience in the industry and obtaining more knowledge in other areas of the business, with an aim to be managing my own team.

I am a sales representative of the company, I complete face to face visits and deliver quotes to customers. I also recently became the software trainer although this is to be confirmed officially. I measured for home improvements such as windows and doors and porches etc..

I also work in house, people will submit the enquiries and I will discuss the projects with them and then sell the job to the client, I have been very successful and doubled my yearly target reaching over £800,000 for the company within a year. I have a wide set of skills varying from construction knowledge from precious and current employment and I have advanced massively in my sales performance due to me being/becoming more confident in myself and my abilities in sales. Other representatives of the company tend to come to me for information regarding products and demonstrations.
