I am a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English Language and Literature, with a focus on Linguistics. I completed a two-month internship at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, where I supported the consular, immigration, and cultural affairs of the diplomatic mission.
I also work as a part-timer visa and travel consultant that provides assistance and advice to clients who want to visit various countries around the world. Through my work and education experiences, I have developed strong skills in written communication, advertising, and foreign languages. I am fuent in English and Indonesian, and I have a basic knowledge of Malay.
I am passionate about learning new cultures, perspectives, and challenges, and I enjoy working in diverse and dynamic teams. I am motivated by the opportunity to apply my linguistic and intercultural competencies to help people connect, communicate, and collaborate across borders and boundaries
In October 2023, I graduated from the State University of Surabaya with a Bachelor (Honors) of Arts in English Literature, achieving a commendable GPA of 3.71. This academic endeavor provided me with a deep understanding of literary theory, critical analysis, and effective communication skills. Through rigorous coursework and engaging discussions, I cultivated a passion for exploring diverse literary works and interpreting their significance within cultural and historical contexts.
My education not only enriched my appreciation for literature but also honed my ability to articulate complex ideas effectively, which I am eager to apply in my pursuit of excellence in customer service roles.
