I have several years of experience across administration, customer service, and client support roles, working in a variety of sectors including healthcare, travel, and retail. In my current position as a Patient Care Navigator, I handle a wide range of administrative tasks such as managing appointments, updating records, processing referrals, and supporting patients with professionalism and discretion. I’ve also worked in fast-paced customer-facing roles at companies like Jet2holidays and Parkdean Resorts, where I developed strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Throughout my career, I’ve demonstrated my ability to stay organised under pressure, deliver excellent service, and handle confidential information accurately. My background shows that I adapt quickly, work well in teams, and take initiative to improve processes and outcomes in every role I take on.
I have completed my secondary education with GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, which provided a solid foundation in communication, numeracy, and problem-solving. Since then, I’ve continued to build my skills through hands-on work experience and role-specific training, particularly in administration, customer service, and IT systems.
