My day to day duties at Chess includes of answering calls for leads and meetings, getting the required information from clients, managing the applications from start to finish for example answering any queries the lender may have regarding the client or the property in question , leasing with the lenders,
estate agents and solicitors up until the case has gone from AIP to completion ,
I would on most days be submitting applications for BTL, Residential , commercial and bridging finance with various different lenders from our panel of 150+ lenders depending on the clients needs andexpectations , I will do the research when a client may have some adverse or negative credit. other things
I would do to further the clients satisfaction is have options with 3-4 different lenders who have the best rates but may have other incentives such as cash back or no ERC’s. Alongside the applications I would also be managing our CRM systems making sure all the correct data is entered carefully.
