I was working in an IT company in Japan for 6 years. I moved to the UK this April to improve my English and to gain experience working in a foreign country. Now I am looking for a place as a member of the project manager.
My biggest weapon is the ability to take action. I try to assume that unexpected problems will happen. Therefore, when I plan something, I try to collect information as soon as possible and take early action. I also take immediate action in the unexpected event. First, collect and organize information to understand the situation. After understanding the cause, I report to my manager, propose the next action, and contact the relevant parties to respond flexibly.

-Skills acquired: Skills that smooth communication with cooperating company employees and take action to solve problems. Grasping the current status and issues of the project, share them with the team, and trigger actions to solve the issues. Ability to think about the schedule several months ahead, anticipate the necessary work and act independently.
Ability to smoothly proceed with projects while considering relationships with each stakeholder, such as customers, business partners, and collaborators. Budget management and parts ordering.

-Role: Server-side engineer OS Construction
-Business content: Designing detailed parameter values based on requirements, creating and reviewing documents, setting values according to the design document, operation confirmation test, devising an operation method and creating documents, and explaining the operation method to the customer.
