I am a friendly, polite and an approachable individual. I work well on my own initiative and independently to a very high standard. I work well as a team and am an exceptional team player. I am a good communicator and have built on my interpersonal skills through my work experience at Musgrave Park Hospital, Tesco, B&M Retail, The West End Theatre Productions and lately in my roles as casual Front of House at Omniplex and bar staff at The SSE Arena Belfast.

I am punctual and able to meet deadlines, I have a good attendance record and am willing to help out at short notice. I am flexible, reliable and eager to build strong healthy relationships in the workplace. I have Autism which has helped me become more determined to succeed in everything I do.

Casual Bar Staff at SSE ARENA (2024-12 – Present)

I work as casual bar staff at the SSE Arena and love my position here. Sometimes we have ice hockey matches, other nights we have rock concerts or country music. We've had rappers and the Prom. This mix of events attract all different crowds and I get to meet all kinds of people.

Front of House at OMNIPLEX (2024-11 – Present)

I work Front of House at Omniplex Lisburn. There is a rota which can depend on movie listings or even the weather can determine whether I get shifts here.

Serving snacks and drinks to customers

Cleaning to a high standard, auditoriums for closing and presentable for next day showings

Theatre Production Assistant at The West End (2024-04 – 2024-05)

Piccadilly Theatre London, Moulin Rouge: Helped paint the set, mostly the golden chairs for the show. Was shown behind the scenes and met the people who put the show in action.
The Palace Theatre, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child: Spent two days working with the wigs, washing them and ensuring there were pins for hanging. Was involved in the stage management and learning about different signals for the show.
The Hampstead Theatre, Riverside: Helped the lighting team's arrangement by standing where they needed. Learned the whole technology behind the lighting and timing for the show. Was able to see the opening and finished product come to life.
Phoenix Theatre, Stranger Things: Spent three days moving the stage and learned about the sound technology. Delivered the wig mics to the cast and helped safely remove and return them after the show.

Customer Service Assistant at B&M Retail (2022-06 – 2024-08)

I worked with B&M Retail for just over two years. I was a cashier and dealt with the public on a face to face basis. I built up experience in cash handling, refunds, enquiries and general customer service. I was a dedicated worker and worked very well with my team.
