I am an 18 year old who has recently finshed level 3 animal management at college and am keen to begin a new career in a place of work with interest.

I am a huge animal lover and have been passionate about them since I was little from caring and helping my family with their responsibilities.

I have worked in both a stable and a doggy day care so have had the experience to learn about animals big and small. I currently work in a children’s soft play where I have gained most of my skills from working with customers of all ages, first aid training, kitchen duties and customer service duties such as tills and answering phones.

I am keen to see what the future has to give me and what knowledge and experience I can gain from working with animals.

I started my first job at aged thirteen in an equestrian centre where I got to not only ride the horses but to assist with riding lessons and learn about horse welfare too.

this was an amazing experience as I had only previously owned rodents and other small animals. This also gave me the confidence from a younger age with customer care aswell as working with animals.

I also did volunteering during my college years at a doggy daycare and grooming, which has also aided me with my knowledge of animals to be expanded and to help me with my costumer service skills.

I currently work at a children’s soft play where I have gained most of my skills working with people of all ages. I also did my first aid course here where I have been taught the improtance of helping people as well as other customer service skills such as working the tills and answering phones to customer enquiries.
