I am 20 years old and currently studying in my first year in forensic criminological psychology at the University of Staffordshire. I have experience in the travel and tourism sector as well as having 4 years experience of customer service.

I got this job when I was 16 until i was 20 where I learned new skills and became excellent at customer service and making sure tasks were done perfectly and on time.
Work experience at Universitas airlannga, Indonesia (2025-05 – 2025-06)
With the university of Staffordshire in my firsy year I did tourism with business managemnt where I went to indoneisa for a month to explore the country and learn the culture, as well as teaching english to students aged between 16 and 21 years old.
Volunteer charity work at Boohoo (2023-01 – 2023-12)
Whilst being in college, I did a lot of volunteer work where BooHoo donated clothes for us to sell to make donations for charity. we raised £1500 in a week just by setting up stalls to sell clothes, shoes and accessories.
