Whilst acting team leader, I am responsible for troubleshooting company machines and services demonstrating problem solving, critical thinking and organisation. Also accurately completing reports to be available for future reference ensuring effective communication. I utilized previously acquired skills including excellent customer service, stocktaking and completing training, whilst maintaining standards of the venue.
Furthermore, I refined both money handling and leadership skills, through delegating tasks and training staff.

The job included training in data protection asking for only relevant information, ensuring confidentiality and security for those involved. I successfully overcame barriers to develop my advanced listening skills and sales techniques.
