I was raised in Swansea and speak fluent English. My second language is Bengali which will allow me to interact with more customers who also speak the same language. I am well mannered, hardworking and always push myself to the deep end to ensure I get a respectable job done and I am willing to put 110% effort into my tasks and work.

I also achieved a B grade in Welsh. This exemplifies I can speak three languages so I will be able to interact with customers who speak English, Bengali and Welsh. I am a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in delivering excellent service.

I enjoy engaging with people and take pride in providing clear, friendly, and professional support. I had the role as a waiter where I would interact with customers, take orders, and serve food. I gained a variety of skills like communicating, confidence and working in a fast pace. I am quick, smart, and positively effective because I can pick up the work fast and produce a positive impact for businesses.

Crew Member - McDonald's

I started playing a role as a front runner where I would package food and serve out to the customers. Also, I made fries and soft drinks which developed myself to work more harder and be more active. I worked in the drive through section as well which was to give out food for the customers. This allowed me to interact with customers by engaging with them in what they wanted and starting conversations with the customer by being well mannered towards them.
