I've been working in the OSH / Facilities field for 30+ years, 26 years with an investment trust where I was Facilities/H&S Manager.
After being made redundant, I set up my own company to provide consultancy services.
During the pandemic I was initially working on setting up management protocols before transitioning to advising on workplace adjustments and planning the return to the workplace.
Since then I have been carrying out risk-assessments and compliance audits whilst also doing general facilities work and assisting with office moves and refurbishments.
