I am a multi-skilled Health and Safety Consultant with strong expertise across workplace risk management, compliance, and operational safety. I support organisations by identifying hazards, conducting detailed risk assessments, and implementing practical control measures aligned with UK legislation such as HASAWA, PUWER, COSHH, and MHSWR. My work includes developing safe systems of work, delivering audits and inspections, advising on fire safety, and improving health and safety culture across diverse sectors including construction, facilities management, housing, education, and adult care services.
I am also experienced in incident investigation, report writing, training delivery, and ensuring continuous improvement through data-driven safety planning. With a focus on integrity, accountability, and clear communication, I help organisations maintain safe, legally compliant, and high-performing working environments.
I work as self employed but I can partner or get employed depending on the job location and payments.
I began my career as a plumber in Kenya from 1995 to 2014, gaining extensive hands-on experience in building services, pipework installation, maintenance, and resolving complex technical issues across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This foundation strengthened my practical understanding of workplace risks, safety requirements, and compliance in construction and facilities operations.
Since 2016, I have been running my own company, providing Health and Safety advisory services with a focus on helping organisations in the UK remain fully compliant with statutory requirements. My work involves developing and reviewing safety documentation, creating legally compliant forms and procedures, carrying out risk assessments, advising on safe systems of work, and supporting companies in improving their overall health and safety standards. Combining practical trade experience with professional health and safety expertise allows me to deliver practical, realistic, and effective safety solutions across different sectors.

I deliver practical, realistic health and safety solutions by combining technical trade experience with up-to-date regulatory knowledge.
My education and professional development include the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, Team Leadership, and Cybersecurity Level 3, which broaden my ability to manage people, systems, and organisational risks. I am currently studying for the NEBOSH Diploma, with expected completion in May 2026, further strengthening my capability as a multi-skilled health and safety professional.
