I successfully completed my MSC in Human Resource Management at Kingston University in 2022. Currently, I am employed as a trading assistant with Sainsbury's. My professional goal is to transition into a role within the Human Resources field in order to further develop and apply my skills. My understanding of HR practices has been enriched through a valuable 6-month internship experience and an Associate CIPD membership.

In my recent professional experience at Sainsbury’s Local in the UK, I have served as a Trading Assistant since February 2021. In this role, my primary focus has been on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is fully stocked, and identifying and meeting customer needs to drive business growth and profitability. I excel in maximizing customer satisfaction and retention, adhering to local and international standards, and maintaining store conditions and visual merchandising. I actively engage with customers by offering product advice, assisting with their queries, and resolving issues efficiently, all while ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience. Moreover, I play a crucial role in ensuring customer safety by promoting adherence to safety guidelines and addressing hygiene concerns, ultimately aiming to create a positive and helpful shopping experience.
Previously, during my HR Operations internship at India Infoline Ltd in India from July 2019 to December 2019, I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on onboarding processes. I ensured a seamless workflow and facilitated efficient onboarding for new hires, including background verification checks. Additionally, I maintained an updated HR database and created essential HR documentation, such as offer letters and termination letters, to enhance communication and organizational efficiency. I also demonstrated proficiency in various HR tools and technologies.
Before that, as a Digital Relationship Manager at Axis Bank from June 2018 to May 2019, I managed a portfolio of clients, addressing their financial needs and providing personalized solutions. I collaborated with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and played a vital role in onboarding new clients, optimizing portfolios, and meeting sales targets. My role emphasized building enduring client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences within the banking sector.

My most relevant educational qualification is an MSc in Human Resource Management. This postgraduate degree has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of HR principles, strategies, and practical skills. Through this program, I gained knowledge in areas such as strategic HR management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employment law, and HR analytics. Additionally, I had opportunities for hands-on experience, research, and networking, which have prepared me for a successful career in the field of human resources. This qualification demonstrates my expertise and readiness to contribute effectively to organizations by managing their human resources efficiently and ethically.
