Understanding of systems including SAP, Salesforce and Fusion/CAD software.

Coaching and Development- Managed employee training for all new recruits over a 6 month period offered continued advice, guidance and mentorship on duties and best practise.
Recognised by senior management as a key contact for technical queries and advice. Coached colleagues on process to reduce the number of contacts via the customer service team.
Experience- worked in a variety of retailers of different profiles from small to large. Convenience, retail and showrooms. Built a reputation for delivering results, working with multiple teams including IT, buying and retail operations to develop new processes.
