Alex Pusey

I am a hard-working and dedicated person and I enjoy working outside doing practical jobs. I have been described by one of my supervisors as being "full to the brim with enthusiasm" I enjoy developing my skills and am willing to have a go at anything. I am a good team worker who is health and safety conscious and I think I would be an asset to any company.

I am friendly, outgoing and a team player. I have a `Can Do` attitude to work and can work to my own initiative once I know what tasks are required.

I meet a group of 3 others and a community development officer from Twigg's, we all work as part of a team, following instruction.

Work placement with the Twigg's Grounds Maintenance team. Given the tasks that I am already familiar with, I feel more than comfortable working within this role. I take great pride in seeing the transformation from the starting of a job, to seeing the finished product.

This gives me a great sense achievement and wellbeing, working alongside such an experienced team to achieve such goals. This is the area of work that I would really like to continue with in the future, knowing that I would be an asset to any future employer.

Cleaning technician - Claire's cleaning - Penistone

Paid position as a cleaning technician. Work as part of a team and travel to and from Penistone and work evenings.

Completed a 12 months work placement with the BMBC gardening team, working within the grounds of Locke Park. Role was to work alongside the team with the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds.
