Currently working within joint NHS/HMPPS Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway, combining clinical practice with service development, multidisciplinary collaboration and research engagement. Focused on developing and evaluating organisational approaches that enable psychologically safe disclosure and engagement with evidence-based support following occupational trauma, with emphasis on translating research into sustainable improvements across health, justice and other high-exposure professions.
