I am a very hard working and dedicated individual, I work in full-time employment and self employed. Have a Diploma in IT and have worked with several professional software and hardware systems. I am very technical and problem solving, nagotiations, profit & loss, KPI's and Health & Safety laws and regulations are my specialities.
I was an Area Operations Manager for United Carpets and unfortuntaley was made redundant due to the pandemic. I have took on a security role with two companies. One is a full time employment contract and the second is self employed with great benefits.
I am looking to get back into a management role as my turnover was £12.8 Million which is over double from the previous manager who made £5.7 Million which exceeded expectations. I was managing all North West distributions & installations for the North West with 4 teams of upto 20 self employed sales team members, 18 - 25 Carpet/Vinyl/LVT Fitters, 4 Accounts Managers and 2 Administrators.
I have excellent communication skills with the abilitie to motivate and organise work loads, full knowledge of IT systems (Hardware & Software) Microsoft Office, Daffodil, Sage, Freshworks CRM, GDPR laws & regulations and B2B and B2C nagotations/sales.
Prior to my management role I have been in the hospitality industry for about 9 years in my careers with one year in management while studying my NVQ Lv3 in Supervisory and Hospitality.
I have a very good understanding of COSHH, HACCP, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergens laws and regulations, SIA Licensed, ACT Awareness, ACT Security, Covid-19 Marshall and Handcuff trained. I have received 2 awards at NCP National Car Parks for Thoughts and Achievement Champion 2018 and Hero of the Month Award December 2017. G4S Hero of the Month Award 2022.
