I bring over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering inclusive, wellbeing-focused learning across education, community, and holistic health settings. As a Women’s Wellbeing Coach, I have developed and facilitated a range of courses and workshops supporting emotional regulation, self-awareness, and personal recovery, integrating trauma-informed practice, neuroscience, and somatic approaches. My work is rooted in creating safe, empowering environments where individuals can explore their own recovery journey, build resilience, and connect with their strengths.
Alongside this, I have extensive experience in community engagement, partnership working, and promoting wellbeing through both in-person and digital platforms.
Prior to this, I held senior roles within SEND education and community organisations, including Specialist Teacher and Course Lead positions, where I managed personalised learning programmes for diverse cohorts with complex needs. I have a strong track record of co-ordinating services, supporting individuals with vulnerabilities, and working collaboratively with health, social care, and third-sector partners. My experience also includes volunteer management, developing facilitator capacity, and leading creative, arts-based initiatives that promote confidence, inclusion, and mental wellbeing.
Across all roles, I have remained committed to person-centred, strengths-based approaches that align closely with the principles I hold most dear.
