Alfie Reed

I am actively seeking a new role in Human Resources, I studied Human Resource Management at university achieving my Bachelors degree and now have 3 years of experience within the field. I am extremely passionate about Human Resources and especially like being able to build relationships with key stakeholders, I have experience of operating within the UK as well as globally with counties in the APAC region as well European. I would say my best skills are a keen attention to detail from letters, data management and reports I have completed for our Senior Leadership team and my Global People Director.

The other skill I would mention is being reactive, ensuring all queries are dealt with within our 24 hour SLA and keeping up with current laws and regulations to help keep our policies up to date. I enjoy change, this has been reflected in my current role where I have learnt how we operate and have created new work flows which are now being used to ensure things are done in the best possible way.

I have 3 years of Human Resources experience since leaving university, my first role was for Dexters London Limited who operate within the property sector. My current role is for AVMI Kinly Limited, who operate within the Audio Visual sector.
