I am a Computer Engineering graduate with a strong academic foundation in IT, built during my studies in software development and systems. Having recently moved to the UK, I am now looking to begin my first career here, and I have chosen IT Support as the path that best matches my interests and skills. My university studies gave me the technical grounding, and volunteering as a Client Connection Officer gave me my first hands-on experience in the field, carrying out simple computer troubleshooting for clients and supporting them with everyday IT issues.

This experience confirmed that IT Support is the right direction for me, and I am now seeking an IT career to build on this foundation and develop professionally within a structured environment.

• Supported World Food Hub operations, including food parcel preparation, distribution, and warehouse tasks
