Waitress - Bel & The Dragon - Cookham

- Greet guests, give out menus and take food and drink orders.
- Answer questions about the menu and give advice on ingredients.
- Serve food and drinks, handle bill payments and clean tables.
- Handle any complaints with the appropriate response e.g. deal with it myself or get a manager if need be and make sure all guests are happy.
- Communicate with the kitchen team and the bar team to ensure guests orders are made correctly.
- Also look after bookings of upward of 12 guests, sometimes as large as 30
- Correctly follow the allergen procedure.
- Help get the restaurant ready for breakfast in the morning. Setting up the tables for our hotel guests and the breakfast buffet.
- Help in KP from time to time when someone has been off ill.
- I also do a few housekeeping shifts in addition to my FOH duties. This involves working with our team of housekeepers to ensure our rooms are cleaned and re made ready for new hotel check ins.
- I have also helped behind the bar occasionally
