I am naturally a very calm and organized person and I considered myself committed and cheerful. My strongest skill as a Healthcare Assistant is always being willing to provide the best support with a quick response and in a friendly manner. Expanding my knowledge and learning from my mistakes are skills I have acquired over years of experience.
Thinking outside the box has also proven to be a good skill when you face a new problem. I am also a "Hands-on" person, my goals are to learn and improve, stretch my limits, and go the extra mile. Particularly enjoy being out of my comfort zone.

I worked there a few years ago I have the pleasure to be back at the company where I have had the opportunity to improve and learn new skills. I provided customer support to Portuguese speakers by presenting solutions for their needs and issues over the phone, through chats, and emails. I search for resolutions and follow the process to propose great first support to customers and a good first impression, also, by doing this, I can get and achieve good results on quality benchmarks, executions, and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
