Over the years i have completed many training courses including inspire, 1st aid , stress and destress, managing aggressive and threatening behaviour, dementia and other mental health issues including schizophrenia, bipolar etc. I am looking for a new challenge as I have reached a time that leaves me stagnating therefore I would appreciate the chance to go in a new direction. At present I look after 60 tenants within an age range of 24 to 94.
I am reliable, conscientious, caring and trustworthy work well within a team or alone and willing to learn any additional requirements for the post.

Day to day management of scheme use housing management systems. Working alongside external agencies. Delivering good service to 60 tenants encouraging involvement in social activities reducing risks of isolation. Record keeping, health and safety checks, environmental and hygiene tests. Encouraging tenants with a varied range of disabilities, mental health issues and addiction problems to lead a safe and fulfilling life.
