My name is Allan, and I’m currently working as a User Support Analyst.
I am actively seeking to transition into a SOC Analyst Level 1 position. For my current role, I have taken a strong interest in cybersecurity and regularly shadow my organisation’s Security and Governance team.
The work I conduct whilst shadowing ranges from identifying and investigating unsecured endpoints through Tanium, as well as helping to remediate isolated or compromised devices. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of endpoint security, incident response, and proactive threat management.
