About

Accomplished a first-class grade in my 1st year of studying BSc Neuroscience at Queen Mary University of London. An enthusiasm in expressing ideas through research driven oral presentations about topics including but not limited to neuropharmacology, interpreting various MRI scans involved in language and learning and debating between the fine line of genetics and environmental causes related to certain disorders. Passed a level 6 communication module where I learnt the importance of tailoring messages for diverse groups and focused on handling complex conservations such as conducting formal interviews and managing conflict resolution.

Currently working on publishing a Literature review about the mechanism involved in Charles bonnet syndrome, which gives me quite a specific way of investigating hallucinations. As an experienced STEM Tutor, I have learnt how to confidently interact with parents and respond to their public involvement with their child's education, providing them with feedback on their child's engagement based on observation and data sought out. I am an efficient team member, assisting with tasks given by management such as promoting tuition services at various summer fairs, where I gained the interest of over 100 potential new students at 5 different schools to join our tuition group.

Being a social media coordinator allows me to expand my creative ability to reach out and interest people in writing various pieces of texts such as articles, journals, blogs, and newsletters on their desired topic.

Studying

Neuroscience has been extraordinary in allowing me to develop academically and allowing me to pursue certain interests alongside my degree.
