• Presented findings to Senior Analysts using PowerPoint presentations, which got approved for client use

• Developed strong communication skills through articulating complex concepts in a simplified manner
• Communicating with customers during COVID pandemic, whilst waiting for prescriptions/ medication I would keep a conversation with them making them feel comfortable. Helping people’s health was a major reason why I worked at pharmacy.
• Improved customer-facing role, attention to detail and precision is essential, I was able to talk to customers and give them and a professional experience
• Going out to deliver medications to the elderly. This required to have good time management as I was expected back in store imminently after I delivered the medication. This got me more involved within the Kilburn community.
