I am a polite, hard-working, bubbly and friendly person, who has a passion for singing and Musical Theatre. This passion has greatly helped over the years with working well and building a rapport with customers, clients and piers.
Over the years I have gained experience in customer service & support, administration, compliance and secretarial/PA fields. In my current role as SME Commission Analyst/Administrator, my team and I liaise with our 300+ brokers, customers and a varied array of internal teams. My job involves invoicing, checking accounts and commission payroll, use of Microsoft Office (mostly Excel, Word & Outlook), D365, CRM, plus internal portals and databases, creating & maintaining various spreadsheets, keeping diaries up to date, a polite and helpful telephone manner with clients, customers and internal depts, working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team to reduce debt and inefficiencies, working with accuracy and the ability to prioritize and work to tight and ever-changing deadlines.
