I have worked in the hospitality industry for around 14 years and have had varied roles within my career as a chef. I started as a breakfast chef in a hotel and went on to become sous chef and head chef after gaining my level 1&2 in professional cookery. During my career I took a break to have and be at home with my twins and went back to work when they were 3.
I continued work as a chef for around 5 years until the death of my mum and a few months later my dad and decided to take some time out away from my chef career. I am at present a carer in a care home but I want to get back to my career now.
