I am a current housing officer with a private housing association in Luton, I report any maintenance and work needed carrying out in our numerous HMOs and arrange tenancy/licence agreements with tenants. I collect post and leave accordingly for tenants.
I am regularly in contact with tenants and enquire if everything is in working order, if any work needs carrying out I arrange for our maintenance team to pass job on accordingly to tradesmen. I enjoy looking after any property matters and have built a rapport with tenants.
I have over a year experience in my current role.
I have worked with Keystage housing for over a year in their numerous HMOs around Luton.
