About

A team player with great interpersonal skills, working with children and adults to support their physical, mental and emotional well-being by their interests and needs being what drives my work. This helps develop positive long-term relationships through a person-centered approach, as well as cross-collaboration. I'm a people person and derive satisfaction from helping improve the well-being and lives of others.

The best part is seeing the meaningful impact my work has had, especially with those suffering emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties. My compassionate nature allows me to have empathy but recognise the need to maintain boundaries. I'm determined to develop and grow personally and professionally, which is why I wish to work in a supportive setting with scope for progression and training.

I'm aware of and had training in policies such as safeguarding. I drive so I can travel if the right opportunity were to present itself.
